How to Claim

To submit a claim for an insured project, go to your "DASHBOARD," scroll to "Assets Under Protection," and click "CLAIM." You’ll be taken to the "SUBMIT CLAIM" page where you need to complete the following fields: (Image below)

  • Project Name: The name of the insured project.

  • Loss Amount: Enter the total amount you lost from the insured project.

  • What Caused the Loss?: Select the appropriate scam type from the dropdown menu.

  • Covered Amount: Displays the amount you are covered for.

  • Your Telegram Address: Please provide your Telegram contact info.

  • Loss Event Time: Enter the date when the scam occurred.

  • Your Covered Address: The Ethereum address where your insured tokens are stored.

  • Further Details: Any additional information that may help expedite the claims process.

After completing the form, click "REVIEW CLAIM." You’ll then be directed to a review screen to check your details. If everything looks correct, click "SUBMIT CLAIM."

Once submitted, you can monitor the status of your claim in "Claimed Projects" on your dashboard.

We aim to process all claims within 48 hours, so be sure to keep an eye on your claim’s progress.
